It’s my personal medical story told in a little book. It’s a LOT smaller than this MRI machine!
When I started this blog on June 28, 2015, I was scared out of my wits. What would I write? Who would read it? How long could I keep it going?
These are difficult days indeed… Maybe a little humour is just what the doctor ordered!
Presenting: a funny medical story. 😀
Over twenty years ago I was diagnosed with MS. I’m extremely lucky that it stabilized at a very mild level, and usually I forget I even have it.
It was five years ago to the day. I remember it well… too well.
In 1997 my diagnosis finally came – not as a shock – but as a confirmation.
Been to the doctor lately? This “virtual visit” is great for a few laughs!
One definition of irony is: “Incongruity between what might be expected and what actually occurs.” Well, I think it was ironic that I went to my doctor (dermatologist) two days ago with a perfectly good left foot and toe, but departed with a foot and toe that feel BROKEN!
Here is yet another grin-and-bear-it installment. Enjoy!
